Yes, you can. RiseUp prioritizes passionate young people over experience, and the team provides internal training for volunteers.
Yes, RiseUp is WFH-based. Volunteers are expected to commit around 8–12 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on task completion and meetings.
Each term at RiseUp is set at 4 months, and you're welcome to continue beyond that if you'd like.
At RiseUp, volunteers receive a certificate after completing one term (4 months), even if they resign. Updated certificates can also be issued for school or job applications. Personalized recommendation letters are available to volunteers who meet RiseUp’s criteria and standards.
You must complete at least one full term (4 months) and meet the required standards for task completion, meeting attendance, activity, and responsibility.
You need to be passionate and successfully pass both the Form Stage and Interview Stage.
